History
The D.P.A. was founded on July 14th, 2024, when the members of the Brotherhood (which was in its second year) passed Prop. 1, declaring their new name in unanimous consent. By November of that year the Assemblies began drafting a Constitution, and by January 18th, 2025, the CODE was approved and established, and the first Executive Board was elected.
From that point on the DPA has striven to fulfill the Preamble and CODE.
